1200 sqm Bottling line in liquor plant.

A major liquor manufacturer was setting up a new bottling line in the existing facility near Hyderabad. They wanted to have an effective solution over the existing Kotah stone substrate that to, on a fast track. EPUCON Solutions were approached for product recommendation, installer selection and price support.        

EPUCON Solutions got involved in site study for providing the correct recommendation to suit working condition in the bottling area viz. spillages, bottle breakages, man and trolley movement.

3mm polyurethane concrete suited best for these working conditions. A product with best techno-commercial balance was selected. CFTRI certified Brix PU MF was shortlisted and recommended.

The condition of the existing floor was assessed for soundness. Some unsound and damaged Kotah stone flooring was removed and repaired using high strength epoxy mortar to achieve existing floor levels.

Authorized affiliate M/s Brite Proofings Pvt Ltd. was involved in the process for proper documentation, pricing and high-quality installation as per client schedule.

Mint green color was selected. The flooring work was completed in less than 7 days.
